864zeros LLC ("864zeros", "we", "us") builds local-first, privacy-first browser extensions. Contact: support@864zeros.com.
Our extensions store the content you create or capture — for example your saved tabs, links, notes, and settings — locally on your device using the browser's own storage (chrome.storage.local / IndexedDB). This data:
Extensions request only the browser permissions needed to work, and use them locally:
storage — save your content on your device.tabs — read the tabs/pages you choose to act on (e.g. to save them), and reopen them.sidePanel — display the extension's interface.scripting + host access — where a product shows a page's short description, it reads that page's public <meta> description once, at the moment you save it, on your device. No page content is collected or transmitted. Each extension's Chrome Web Store listing states its exact permissions.
Some products can use AI. Where they do, they follow a Bring-Your-Own-Key model: your API key is stored locally and calls go directly from your browser to the provider you chose. We do not proxy, log, or receive those requests. Content sent to a provider is subject to that provider's privacy policy.
Tipping ("Fuel the Build") is optional and handled by third-party processors (Buy Me a Coffee and Stripe). When you tip, you interact with their systems directly; we receive only what they show us (e.g. that a tip occurred). We never see or store your full card details. Their privacy policies apply to those transactions.
This site is static and does not set tracking cookies. Basic, aggregate server logs may be kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability; these are not used to profile you.
Our products are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
We may update this policy; the "Effective" date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be noted here.
