864zeros grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to install and use the Software for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not resell the Software, or remove or alter its branding or notices, without our permission.
The Software stores your content locally on your device. We have no copy and cannot access, restore, or recover it. If you uninstall the Software, clear your browser data, or lose your device, that content may be lost. You are responsible for exporting and backing up anything you want to keep (our products provide export tools for this).
The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every site or browser version.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 864zeros LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Software. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Software will not exceed the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim (which, for free products, is US $0).
Our products are free. You may optionally tip ("Fuel the Build") through third-party processors (Buy Me a Coffee / Stripe). Tips are voluntary, do not purchase any feature or obligation, and are non-refundable. Those processors' terms govern the payment itself.
Don't use the Software to break the law, infringe others' rights, or circumvent a website's terms; and don't attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or misuse it beyond what the license and applicable law allow.
The Software may link to or interoperate with third-party sites and services (e.g. the pages you save, or a payment processor). We are not responsible for those third parties or their content, and your use of them is governed by their terms.
We may update the Software and these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We may discontinue a product at any time. You may stop using and uninstall the Software at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts located there.
