Trademark Policy

864zeros LLC · Effective 17 July 2026 · Applies to the 864zeros name, logo, product names, and brand pillars.

The short version: "864zeros", our logo, our product names, and our brand-pillar names are our marks. You can refer to us and our products fairly (reviews, news, comparisons). You can't use our marks in a way that implies we made, endorse, or are affiliated with something we didn't.

1. Our marks

The following are trademarks or common-law marks of 864zeros LLC (used with ™ whether or not registered): the 864zeros name and wordmark; the 864zeros logo; our product names (including MigrationPilot, Tab Stasher, LinkLater, and others); and our brand-pillar names (including 864-Flux, OIA / Organize Your Internal Architecture, and FHG / For His Glory). Our related design system, product look-and-feel, and taglines are also part of our brand identity.

2. What you may do (nominative fair use)

Refer to 864zeros and our products by name to review, compare, report on, or link to them.
State truthfully that your content, tutorial, or tool works with a 864zeros product.
Use unaltered screenshots of our products for commentary or news.

3. What you may not do

Use our marks in your product name, company name, domain, logo, or app icon.
Use our marks in any way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or origin that doesn't exist.
Alter, distort, or recolor our logo or wordmark, or combine it with your own marks.
Use our marks in a confusingly similar mark, or to disparage or mislead.

4. Third-party trademarks

Names and logos of other products and platforms referenced by us or our products — for example Google Chrome™, Obsidian®, Capacities, Logseq, Notion®, Stripe®, and Buy Me a Coffee — are the trademarks of their respective owners. Our use of them is nominative (to describe compatibility or context) and does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

5. AI-augmented company disclosure

864zeros is an AI-augmented company: our products and materials are built with substantial AI assistance under human direction and review. We mention this here in the spirit of the transparency our brand stands for.
